In each musician’s profession, there are the songs that stand out among the many relaxation. Maybe it is a tune that modified all the things for them, the tune they grew to like, or the tune that was the toughest to write down.
These are the songs we need to be taught extra about on a brand new World Cafe characteristic referred to as Backtracking. The premise is straightforward: We’ll give artists an extended checklist of prompts they will select from. Then, they’re going to look again by way of their catalog and decide the tune that matches finest. They’re going to inform us the tales behind them and carry out them reside.
In our newest installment, Keith City joins us to speak in regards to the tune that was the start of a journey; the tune he wrote in only one sitting; and the way his tune “Any person Like You” modified all the things for him.
